For Seller Representatives,
BAP provides a complimentary service to existing marketing efforts
by:
1. Clearly
presenting the required equity.
2. Providing the estimated loan payment.
3. Allowing you to market the property as more affordable.
This is accomplished
through structuring a proposed financing package based on the listing
price of the property. With TLS financing, the potential purchaser
will need less money down and can have monthly payments equal to
or less than existing lease payments. BAP can also lead to higher
sales prices as the potential purchasers realizes he/she can afford
to pay more for the property. |
